On Wednesday, administrative leave were five Transportation Security Administration underlings put, whom of which put airport screening manuals online, yet to be found, however, is the boss who had ordered the posting.
Assistant secretary for homeland security, David Heyman, said to the senators, when it is that he was asked who was it to blame for the screwup, "I'd have to get back to you on that."
A full investigation is supposedly underway for them to find out who is at fault, but he believed it stemmed from the security office.
