The "Stop Litter T - Tennesse´s had enough" campaign won a federal award for 2009, and rightly so. Litter in the country has become a catastrophe. A scientific study has revealed that there is a huge mass of trash right in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, and there most certainly is one in the Middle of tha Atlantic also, and the other oceans and seas. This situation has indeed reached catastrophic proportions. The roads are no better, that´s where it all begins. Tennessee must be commended for its campaign and the other states should follow suit!
