At least six people were killed and a dozen others were injured in a metro train collision near Washington D.C. last June 16.
The Metro transit train crashed into the rear of another in the midst of the capital city's rush hour. The train eventually jumped into the air and fell on top of the first.
Of the 6 dead, one of them is the female operator of the trailing train.
