I find the two are directly correlated, the more time and money we invest, the greater our return is.

I would expand the business to shipperssupplies West, North, and South and start advertising on television.

We were fairly inexperienced with internet marketing and website issues prior to this business. We thought 'If we build it, they will come.' but werent prepared for the fact that just having an internet site in no way constitutes having a strong internet presence and identity.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
I have no plans on stopping the site or business, it will remain in the family.
