What inspired you to launch your own website?
It's the new in. These days everyone searches online. They want the power of being able to choose the where & when. Also it`s a statement that the business is current, relevant & accessible.

we wanted to re inforce our current business model

We are a very small company, however our service is as good as any of the big guys. We pride our selves on doing business the old fashioned way. Putting our customers first. Delivering compasionate service.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
to be able to pass it on to our kids
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We have been at it for 8 years, it`s not easy. We have managed to increase our visibility faster than our profitability. We are very close.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
We would expand imediately. By increasing our fleet of trucks. We would create a call center. Although a website is good. Every one apreciates a real person at the other end of the line. We would increasze our marketing. Update uor website
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes if our cash flow is increasing at the same rate, we will be able to alocate more assets to increase our staff, & upgrade to new technologies.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Mecanical repairs!! Having to rent trucks.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Things dont always go according to plan, we sometimes have to accept a loss to please a customer.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
word of mouth. do a good job and, someone will promote your busuness for you.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
We are new to this, it is a chalenge.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
about a month, as long as we can see results.
