Transition from one form of government usually is not as peaceful and smoothly on some parts of the globe as allegations of cheating are reported. Thank goodness that not all politicians are involved in these chaotic loop like this, some will freely give way to new administrations and strives to reform upon acquisition of their new duties as a public servant.
